It all began in early 2017 when I purchased my first 75 series LandCruiser. I instantly fell in love with this very capable vehicle and started looking at ways to make it even better.

The first thing I'd did was make a set of cup holders which transformed the interior with such a simple modification. Not too long after I had every one of my mates asking for me to make for their cruiser which then sparked the idea of bringing this simple modification to the masses!

2018 I came across a new problem, so many first time and long term LandCruiser owners asked me about the mods and fixes I have done on my vehicle. I then decided (with the help of my brother) to start the Buildn70s YouTube channel which has far exceeded my expectations by gaining over 11k subscribers with nearly a million views!

In 2019 i purchased my first 40 series LandCruiser and with that, a new line of cup holders specifically made for the 40 series was released shortly after.

2020 brought with it one of the most popular products, after searching for some new gas struts for my own 70 series the only designs i could find were the ones you had to dirll yourself, i didn't like the idea of drilling into the bonnet so i came up with the first bolt in gas strut kit for the 70 series LandCruiser.

2021 was a big change, we upgraded our entire cup holder range to full stainless steel and introduced a lifetime warranty on cup holders.

With 2022 comes our latest product the 70 series deluxe cup holders, with this product we wanted to provide a different look to our cup holders and once again improve the usability of the interior space.
